As a QA Lead Engineer, you will ensure that SpectorSoft's industry leading products adhere to our rigid standards of excellence through detailed analysis, planning, and execution of our software testing procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly test the products through all phases of development life cycle (functional testing, regression/integration testing, performance testing).
  • Interact with developers during all stages of projects; participate in design and code reviews when appropriate.
  • Actively participates in establishing project plans and estimating work
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements to increase the efficiency of QA and development
  • Develop and execute automated and manual tests
  • Effectively influence teammates to ensure high levels of product quality
  • Regular interaction with peers and manager regarding assigned project tasks

Database Architect Developer

The successful candidate will possess the ability to think outside the box, and work in coordination with other experienced professionals. As a database architect and developer this individual will work on SpectorSoft’s corporate products to develop and manage complex and sophisticated database platforms build using relational database technologies (SQL Server 2005).

This position will contribute to the full lifecycle development, database development, database design, and enhancements. This developer/engineer will work closely with other team members to design and implement the detailed requirements of the corporate products as well as support the ongoing issues with the released products.

  • Knowledge of database design and normalization.
