  • Database Developer

    Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will possess the ability to think outside the box, and work in coordination with other experienced professionals. As a database developer this individual will work on SpectorSoft's corporate products to develop and manage complex and sophisticated database platforms built using relational database technologies (SQL Server 2008).

    This position will contribute to the full lifecycle development, database development, database design, and enhancements. You will actively participate in design discussions, contribute in decision making, and provide third level technical support when necessary. (We have full time technical support teams).

    You must have excellent communication skills, ability to work in team environment, and be able to keep pace with the fast changing world of technology. This developer/engineer will work closely with other team members to design and implement the detailed requirements of the corporate products as well as support the ongoing issues with the released products.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • 7-10 years of database programming and design experience in a complex and sophisticated environment.
    • Sound understanding of SQL Server internals, architecture and RDBMS concepts.
    • Knowledge of database design and normalization.
    • Strong skills in writing efficient T-SQL code (queries and stored procedures).
    • Dynamic SQL.
    • Familiarity with object-relational mappings.
    • Cross database queries (horizontal partitioning).
    • Security, backup/restore.
    • UTF/Unicode concepts and coding skills.
    • Experience with data migrations a definite plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
    • Experience with commercial product development a plus.

  • International Territory Manager–LATAM

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for monthly sales quota attainment in a defined region supporting the LATAM region
    • Maintain and develop existing and new reseller relationships
    • Achieve a target goal of customer contacts per day, utilizing inbound customer inquiries and out bound calls to prospects and current customers.
    • Coordinate webinars, product demonstrations and evaluations for prospects, partners and customers.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a quota driven sales capacity in LATAM

    • Fluent in both verbal and written communications, Spanish and Portuguese required
    • Travel up to 50%

    The Field Sales Manager position creates leverage for SpectorSoft by having local and/or regional representation in the field to garner stronger and longer-lasting relationships with customers, prospects and partners - with the net effect being to drive increased short and long term revenue.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and grow field sales revenue throughout the sales cycle and within assigned territory.
    • Ability to consultatively qualify and sell software solutions with a focus on enterprise level direct sales efforts.
    • Accurately forecast revenue, monthly & quarterly.
    • Engage with Inside Sales team to qualify opportunities and drive larger account revenue.
    • Engage SE organization for technical trainings and demos.
    • Build product awareness with prospects, customers and channel partners, and secure commitments to acquire and recommend products, respectively.
    • Identify, build and manage sales pipeline with channel partners and customers, by leveraging channel relationships.
    • Build a sales pipeline to 4x sales quota.
    • Lead relationship and revenue growth for strategic accounts.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years outside sales experience. Direct Fortune 1000 sales preferred.
    • 2+ years’ experience working with and as a resource for an Inside Sales Team.
    • Technical knowledge of computer, networking, and Windows/MAC environments.
    • 2+ years in leading presentations.
    • 2+ years’ experience forecasting larger opportunities and closing software sales.
    • Experience solution selling including ROI and TCO process required.
    • Demonstrated successful results managing the pipeline, sales cycle and the ability to develop new business and creating value with customer to up-sell into an organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to conduct C-level discussions and build relationships at a high level within an organization.

    • Ability to travel 50% of time minimum.
