  • Product Marketing Manager

    The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for development and execution of product-related marketing activities. Working closely with sales, marketing and product management teams, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for product segmentation and positioning models, defining the competitive landscape, developing and executing go-to-market strategies.

    The Product Marketing Manager is also responsible for development of marketing collateral to support various products/solutions; including market intelligence, customer insight, positioning, content development, and sales enablement.

    Essential Functions:

    Market

    • Understand the market opportunity/trends/growth potential across product lines
    • Develop market penetration strategy
    • Identify new addressable market opportunities
    • Develop buyer personas and target market profiles
    • Identify and analyze (SWOT) major and emerging competition

    Positioning

    • Lead development of product positioning strategy
    • Participate in development of corporate growth strategy
    • Develop and manage product launch program

    Marketing

    • Collaborate with Marketing on promotional plans
    • Work with Product and Marketing teams to develop compelling content that effectively articulates our value proposition: editorials, web content, blog posts, brochures, & presentations
    • Develop marketing collateral targeted to both technical & business decision makers
    • Develop vertically targeted collateral

    Communication

    • Proactively communicate plans/activities throughout organization
    • Create & lead the company analyst relations program

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated track record of success as a Product Marketing Manager in a software company.
    • 3+ years experience as a Product Marketing Manager
    • Pragmatic Marketing a plus
    • Experience in security, DLP, SIEM, or IAM software companies a plus

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Accountability to forecasting, prospecting and pipeline building and achievement of quota.
    • Achieve a target goal of customer contacts per day, utilizing out bound calls to prospects and current customers.
    • Execute or coordinate webinar resources, product demonstrations and evaluations for partners and customers.
    • Maintain a high level of knowledge of SpectorSoft solutions while understanding the competitive environment and industry trends.
    • Demonstrate the features and benefits while tailoring the message to the specific customer's needs.
    • Maintain accurate customer/prospect database using SalesForce.com.
    • Act as a trusted resource to your partners, supporting them in both pre and post sales situations.
    • Actively participate in team meetings, share ideas for success and use experience to brainstorm out of the box strategies.

    Qualifications (Required):

    • The individual must have 3+ years professional experience in direct B2B sales or selling through the channel.
    • Proven track record of prospecting, accurate forecasting, building a sales pipeline and achievement of quota.
    • Ability to achieve sales goals while maintaining a focus on the customers and partners in your territory. Motivated to hit the number.
    • Energetic self-starter who engages customers, prospects and partners with a consultative sales approach.
    • Strong time and account management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience with CRM required. SalesForce.com preferred.
    • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook & Word).

    Qualifications (Preferred/Plus):

    • Technology sales experience is a plus.
    • Experience in software, specifically security software is a plus.
    • Bilingual—Spanish or French is a plus.

  • Technical Support Engineer

    We are searching for a Technical Support Engineer to join our support team in solving challenging issues regarding pre-sales, installation, configuration and usage of our consumer and business monitoring software.

    This position requires that you possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, as considerable time will be answering pre and post sale concerns via email and telephone.

    You must have outstanding knowledge of all versions of Windows, advanced knowledge of Network Administration and troubleshooting in order to isolate and solve technical issues quickly and accurately in a team environment. Microsoft SQL experience is a plus. You should be highly motivated, able to multitask, and have a commitment to customer satisfaction.

    A successful candidate will have experience in the following but not limited to:

    • User Accounts and Security
    • TCP/IP
    • Routing
    • Firewalls
    • E-mail
    • Chat and Instant Message
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Microsoft SQL knowledge is a plus

    Minimum requirements include:

    • 5+ years Windows troubleshooting experience
    • Expertise in Microsoft Windows operating systems Vista to 8.1
    • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer support
    • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills
    • Outstanding documentation skills
