
Configure Computers
By default, all users who log onto computers where the Client is installed are recorded. From the Deployment Utility or Client Settings you can specify users to record or NOT to record. A user you are NOT recording could log in to any computer on the network, and the Client would not record activity after that login.
To specify users to record:
Will NOT record jjones or rbarton
Only record the following Windows users - Check to activate the following settings and limit users to record. Clear this option to return to recording all users.
Record only users listed - Select to specify which users to record.
Record all users except these listed - Select to specify which users never to record.
Add
button - Click to add a user to the list of users to record (or not to
record). The New User dialog box appears. Enter the name of a user to
record. The name must be the local Windows or network login username.
Click OK to add the user to the
list.

Add other users as needed.
Delete button - Select a user and click this button to remove the user from the list.
