The System Administrator is the SQL Server account defined when the SQL Server database was installed and configured. The SA account has access to the SQL Server database and all features within the Dashboard application, with rights to uninstall, reinstall, and create other Dashboard logins. We recommend that you guard this password carefully.
The System Administrator password is now required to be at least six characters long and include three of the four following criteria.
Uppercase letters
Lowercase letters
Numbers
Non-alphabetic characters, such as # ^ _ -

Do not use the following reserved characters in the System Administrator or in any SQL Server authentication password: / | ' " [ ] { } ( ) , ; ? * ! @ $ \ . or <space>. |
After the Dashboard is installed, use the SA account to log in to the Dashboard and set up other Dashboard login accounts. You can set up a Master Dashboard login with database privileges that will allow you, as administrator, to monitor, backup, and archive the Spector 360 Databases.
