Premium Maintenance is included for the first year

For the first year after your purchase of Spector CNE you will receive Premium Maintenance which includes:

  1. Product Version Upgrades at no additional charge
  2. Product Updates at no additional charge
  3. Unlimited Access to the Spector CNE Knowledge Base
  4. Priority Product Support, 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days per Week,
    by Phone or Email

Every year thereafter, you will need to renew your Premium Maintenance Plan to be able to take advantage of these key benefits.

When your Premium Maintenance Plan is within 60 days of expiring, SpectorSoft will email you a renewal notice. If the renewal is not paid, then your Premium Maintenance Plan will expire. As long as your Premium Maintenance Plan remains in effect you will continue to receive technical support and product upgrades.

How do I get Support?

You may use our telephone support desk toll-free as often as you like during the year you are covered by Premium Maintenance. You may also submit your support requests via email and access our online Knowledge Base.

Networking issues in the enterprise can involve expertise from many areas, which is why Premium Maintenance is such a valuable component.

What is the Renewal Fee for Premium Maintenance?

The renewal fee for Premium Maintenance is $195/year for a 5 computer license, $295/year for a 10 computer license and $495/year for a 25 computer license.

What if I do not want to renew Premium Maintenance?

After the first year, you must have a Premium Maintenance Plan to receive Product Updates, Product Upgrades, and Technical Support. If you do not have a Maintenance Plan, then the fee for Technical Support will be $249 per incident .
