You need to uninstall any version of the Spector Client on the computer
if you want to install the Control Center. If you want to install Server
Components and the Control Center, take steps to remove the Spector Client
before continuing, and then restart the Setup program.
Error:
Account credentials were not properly supplied!
Appears during Server Component Setup, Control Center Administrator-level
Account Information. There is a problem with the format of your user name
and password entry. Make sure you have correctly entered the "Password"
and "Confirm Password."
Unable
to process unlock code....
The unlock code is not valid, was not correctly copied and pasted from
the registration and unlock email, or is the wrong code. Note that if
you uninstall and reinstall the Primary Server you will need to re-register
with SpectorSoft and receive a new unlock code.
