Viewing Keywords Detected

A keyword is a word or phrase that you want Spector Pro to detect whenever it is typed in a program, contained in a chat / IM or email, or appears in a web page or online search. You must create a list of keywords before Spector Pro can begin detecting and recording them. You may increase the frequency of snapshots when a keyword is detected, and receive an email notification about the keyword detected, while you are at a remote location.

Practical Uses

Spector Pro is "on alert" at all times, emailing you a report of when, where and how a keyword has been used. You might discover what they really want for their birthdays, or a web site that you would rather block.

By default, Spector Pro scans for keywords in chat / IM conversations, email messages, web site addresses and pages, and in keystrokes typed. To learn more about the settings that affect what you view in this window, see Introduction to Keywords.
