Top 10 Keywords Detected

You want to get a look at which keywords have been detected and when? The Top 10 Keywords Detected window allows you to quickly spot trends in this area. Spector Pro looks at the all of the recorded data regarding keywords detected, and presents the keywords most frequently detected, over the course of the date range of your choice. From here you can go on to view content details if you so choose.

What is Recorded?

You may arrange columns any way you like, and you may customize the direction in which information is sorted in any column. The following information is displayed:

Rank - A number representing placement of the recorded event within the range of 1 through 10, with 1 being the keyword most frequently detected.
Keyword Detected - The actual key word(s) most frequently detected in a chat / IM, email, URL, or web site.
Total &endash; The total number of times the keyword was detected.
Chat &endash; The number of times the keyword was detected in a chat / IM conversation, sent or received.
Web Address &endash; The number of times the keyword was detected in a web address (URL).
Web Site - The number of times the keyword was detected in a web page.
Email - The number of times the keyword was detected in an email message, sent or received.
Keystroke - The number of times the keyword was detected when it was typed into a document.

View Details - Click this button next to a specific event, or double-click on the event to jump to the Keywords Detected event window within All Recordings and view more details. The event will appear in a Search Results window. Click Exit Search Results to leave the Search Results window and view all events in the Keywords Detected window.

Shortcuts

The Top 10 Keywords Detected window contains two shortcuts:

Your only choice is to view Keywords Detected.

Date Range Buttons

Click to view information for a specified time period:

All - Click to view all Top 10 recorded events available.
Last 30 Days - Click to view the Top 10 recorded events from the previous 30 days.
Last 7 Days - Click to view the Top 10 recorded events for the previous week.
Last 2 Days - Click to view the Top 10 recorded events for the previous two days.
Custom - Use this to enter the date range of your choice.

Click Custom to display From and To fields, and a Calendar icon next to each field on the toolbar.
Click the Calendar icon to the right of From. A calendar for the current month appears with today's date circled in red at the bottom, and the earliest date for which activity has been recorded circled in solid blue.
Navigate through the months using the left arrow to move to the previous month, and the right arrow to move to the next month.
Click on a date in the calendar; the window closes and the newly selected date appears in the From field on the toolbar.
Repeat steps 2 through 4 for the To field.
The new dates appear in the From and To fields on the toolbar, and the data displayed on the window changes to reflect the newly selected date range.
