Use the various parts of the Viewer to manage the information that Spector Pro records.

Toolbar Tabs - The upper part of the toolbar consists of three tabs: All Recordings, Top 10 and MySpace Activity. Click the appropriate toolbar tab to quickly navigate to the desired set of windows; then click to select a specific event window within the group.
Event Window - Each event window is designed to display recorded events in the most user friendly and flexible way, depending on the type of information it contains. Once a specific activity is selected, the customized event window appears and Spector Pro loads the recorded information into the Viewer.
Toolbar Shortcuts - For each event window you access, the lower portion of the toolbar is automatically customized to provide relevant shortcut functions that help you manage the information displayed. Use the shortcuts to playback, select, search for, delete, and jump to recorded information.
Settings - Spector Pro is delivered with default settings that are suitable for most users' needs. However, you can tailor any of Spector Pro's powerful features to ensure that the information you view is meaningful to you. For example, you can control what type of information is recorded, when the recording takes place, block specific web sites or chat buddies, and more. Click the Settings button at the top right to access the Settings window and begin customizing what you see..
Help - Help is a reference source which introduces you to how Spector Pro works, provides information on how to perform key tasks, and contains easy-to-use solutions should problems arise. It contains a Table of Contents, as well as an Index and a Search function. Related topics are available at the bottom of most "pages", and Browse Sequences appearing at the top of the windows act as tutorials. Click the Help button at the top right or select Help > Online Manual to access Spector Pro 6.0 Help.
Viewer Menu Bar - Menu and submenu options allow you to navigate through the application, as well as to save, select, copy, print, delete, filter, and search for specific information. The menu bar also allows you to interface with resources including SpectorSoft's extensive Knowledge Base and other Technical Support options. Click the appropriate menu and submenu combination to perform the desired task.
Viewer Status Bar - Situated at the bottom of the window, the status bar shows the date and time, user, and other relevant information about the recorded events currently displayed.
