Spector Pro allows you to block Internet access for all Windows accounts in a multi-user environment, or for specific Windows accounts.
NOTE: By default, when you configure blocking it applies to all users who have a Windows account on the monitored computer, until you go to the Who to Block pane and enter a specific account name(s).
18 year-old Jennifer works hard in school and utilizes the Internet effectively. However, 8 year-old Jeremy has no real need for the Internet outside of the classroom, and he and his friends have not started emailing each other yet. You only want to block Jeremy's Internet access.
Log off all users to ensure that new settings affect these users.
To block specific user accounts:
If you have determined that you want to limit which users are blocked, from the Who To Block pane click Only block the following Windows users (otherwise all users).

Click Add. The New User window opens.

Enter the user name of a user you want to block.
Click OK to accept the entry, or Cancel to reject it. The New User window closes and the user name appears in the Users list.

To delete an entry in the Users list, click to select it and then click Delete. The entry is removed.
Repeat steps 2 through 4 for each user whose Internet access you want to block.
Click OK to save the changes you have made, or Cancel to remove them. The Settings window closes.
To block all Windows user accounts:
If you have determined that you want to limit which users are blocked, from the Who To Block pane click Only block the following Windows users (otherwise all users).
Do not add any users to the list.
Click OK to save the changes you have made, or Cancel to discard them. The Settings window closes.
