Sample Recording Schedule

You want to set up a schedule so that you only record activity on the family computer when the children usually use it, between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. The following recording schedule should work well for you.

To set up a recording schedule:

1. Open the When To Record pane.

2. Click Only record during the following times (otherwise all times) to add a checkmark. The rest of the window is activated.

3. Click Add. The Record Period window opens.

4. Start Recording Day - Use the dropdown list to select Monday.

5. Start Recording Time - Use the arrows to select 03:00 PM.

6. Stop Recording Day - Use the dropdown list to select Monday.

7. Stop Recording Time - Use the arrows to select 11:00 PM.

8. Click OK to accept the entries. The Record Period window closes and the time period appears in the Schedule list.

9. Repeat this procedure for each recording period.

10. Click OK to save the changes you have made, or Cancel to remove them. The Settings window closes.
