Most people want Spector Pro to record at all times and this is the default. However, there may be certain times of the day or certain days of the week when you do not want Spector Pro to record.
You use the computer at certain times of the day and you do not want to record your own activities, but you do want to record your children's activities after school.
Do not adjust these settings if you want to record 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
To limit when recording occurs, create a list of time intervals. The list specifies those times when you want recording to take place. Close all applications that are running to ensure that new settings affect these applications.
To set up a recording schedule:
From the When To Record pane:
If you have determined that you want to limit when recording occurs, check Only record during the following times (otherwise all times).
