eBlaster Knowledge Base

SpectorSoft maintains an on-line Knowledge Data base for eBlaster where you can access the latest information regarding the operation of eBlaster including: important announcements, hot topics, troubleshooting, software compatibility, and known bugs / fixes.

To access the online Knowledge Base:

  1. Connect to the Internet.

  2. Access the Knowledge Base Web page by clicking www.spectorsoft.com/support/knowledgebase.asp?theproduct=2

  3. Enter your eBlaster Serial Number in the text box.

  1. Once you have accessed the Knowledge Base, navigate to the information you are seeking via the topic folders on the left of the page or using the Search features found on the right side of the page.

Note You will need your eBlaster serial number to access the Knowledge Base.  If you have misplaced your serial number you must contact SpectorSoft and provide us with your purchase information.
