View Sent Alert Reports

Once eBlaster successfully transmits a Keyword Alert Report to the email communications server, it is considered “delivered” and a copy of the report is saved within the “Sent Alerts” Archive folder of your eBlaster program. By default, eBlaster automatically keeps alerts reports for ten (10) days. You can view, delete or change how long the reports are archived.

To view sent Alert reports:

  1. Open the eBlaster Control Panel.

  2. From the Top Toolbar, click Options and then from the Left Toolbar, click Alert Reports. Show Me
    The Keyword Alerts window is displayed
    showing a list of reports.

  3. Click on the Description Show Report hot spot to see the report detail.
    A pop-up displays the keyword, user name, time and location where the keyword was found, and the actual URL address.

  4. To close the pop-up, click OK or .
