The Report Delivery allows you to change what is delivered, where the Activity Reports are delivered and what the reports look like. Click to see the Report Delivery Pane.
Send Email Report To - Specifies email address to which report will be delivered. This option must contain a valid email address.
Test Email - Sends a test email to the address specified in the To text box.
Options - Advanced delivery settings for Corporate License Users.
Report Delivery - Must be set to On to have Activity Reports delivered via email. If Report Delivery is set Off, recording of activity will continue and reports will be generated but they will not be delivered.
Report Sending Interval - Choose either a time interval or a daily interval for one report to be sent.
Report Format - Determines email format; HTML or Plain Text.
Forwarded Email Delivery - Determines if eBlaster forwards captured emails.
Forward Email Attachments - Determines if eBlaster forwards captured email attachments.
Express Delivery of IM/Chat - Determines if eBlaster forwards captured IM & chat messages as they happen.
Advanced Delivery Options - Includes advanced delivery settings for; forwarded email & chat delivery, send reports when User logs off and send Reports/Emails within secure zip attachments.
