Email Activity Report Format

Your email Activity Report contains activities recorded by eBlaster. You can have the report displayed in either:

To change the Email Activity Report format:

  1. Open the eBlaster Control Panel.

  2. From the Top Toolbar, click Options and then from the Left Toolbar, click Report Delivery. Show Me
    The Report Delivery window is displayed.

  3. In the Report Format options, select one of the following options:

    • HTML - Use this format unless you experience difficulties receiving email.

    • Plain Text - Use this option if you have an older mail client that does not understand HTML.

  4. Click Save to save changes.
    or
    click Cancel if you do not want to save your changes.
    The Control Panel closes.
