You can easily test your email settings to insure that Activity Reports will be sent to the correct email address.
Test Email will verify an email can be delivered to the email address you entered and through any firewall applications you have installed.
This is the most accurate simulation of an email being sent by eBlaster when it is monitoring in the background.
Ensure you have an internet connection and it is configured correctly.
Use the hot keys to open eBlaster (default is Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T) and then enter your password.
Click Options and then Report Delivery. Show Me
Click Test Email.
Verify you have received the
email.
Note You should receive the Test Email in less than 5 minutes
at the email address you entered.
If the email is not received, continue to If the Email is Not Received below.
There is a possibility a firewall or internet connection problem could prevent delivery of email by eBlaster.
If the email is not received, verify you have typed the correct email address.
Verify test email or your Activity Reports has not been redirected to a spam, junk or bulk mail folder by your email program.
Hotmail or Yahoo If you have configured eBlaster to deliver email to a Hotmail or Yahoo account, these email sites may place the received reports and/or forwarded email into a Junk or Bulk folder. This will make it appear that the eBlaster reports were not received.
