Your e-mail Activity Report contains a list of all activity recorded based on options selected in What to Record.
Activity Reports will be formatted in HTML, which provides a report that can be more easily read and navigated or a plain text format. The system default is HTML. Use the Plain Text option if you have an older e-mail provider or have difficulties displaying HTML.
