Using a Direct SMTP Email Server

Using this option requires advance knowledge of email servers and their applications. If you are unsure about using these options - don't.

To use a Direct SMTP email server:

  1. Open the eBlaster Control Panel.

  2. From the Top Toolbar, click Options and then from the Left Toolbar, click Report Delivery. Show Me
    The Report Delivery window is displayed.

  3. Click Options.
    The Delivery Options dialog box is displayed.

  4. Select Direct Relay SMTP and then click Options.
    The Direct STMP Options dialog box is displayed.

  5. Select one of the following options:

  6. Use computer's IP

  7. Use this domain Type the domain name in the text box.

  1. If using TLS option, select either Required or Use if Available.

  2. If using Validate Server's Certificate with TLS, select check box.

  3. Click OK to return to Delivery Options dialog box.

  4. Click OK to close dialog box.

  5. Click Save to save changes
    or
    click Cancel if you do not want to save your changes.
    The Control Panel closes.
