Record by Date / Time Schedule

eBlaster is configured by default to record all activities by all users on a monitored computer. However, there may be certain times you want to suspend recording. If you're using eBlaster within a business environment, you may only want to record activity during normal working hours.

Note When you open the eBlaster Control Panel to change options, recording is suspended until you close the Control Panel.

To add a record by date / time schedule:

  1. Open the eBlaster Control Panel.

  2. From the Top Toolbar, click Options and then from the Left Toolbar, click When to Record. Show Me
    The When to Record window is displayed.

  3. From the Recording by Date/Time Schedule option, select Only record during the following times check box.

  4. Click Add.
    The
    Select Time Period dialog box is displayed.

  5. In the Start Time option, select or type the Day and Time to begin recording.

  6. In the Stop Time option, select or type the Day and Time to end recording.

  7. Click OK.

  8. Repeat Steps 4 - 7 to add more record times.

  9. Click Save to save changes
    or
    click Cancel if you do not want to save your changes.
    The Control Panel closes if you click Save.

To delete a record by date / time schedule:

  1. Open the eBlaster Control Panel.

  2. From the Top Toolbar, click Options and then from the Left Toolbar, click When to Record. Show Me
    The When to Record window is displayed.

  3. From the Recording by Date/Time Schedule option, select a record time and click Delete.

  4. Click Save to save changes
    or
    click Cancel if you do not want to save your changes.
    The Control Panel closes if you click Save.
