Where Are Activity Reports Sent?

Who Gets a Copy?

When you first installed eBlaster, you indicated a primary mail address to send the Activity Reports. You can change that address at anytime and add two more email addresses to sent report copies.

Where Are They sent?

eBlaster Activity Reports and all forwarded emails are sent to the email address configured for Report Delivery. This may be the email address provided by your ISP, such as AOL or Earthlink or it may be a Web mail account that you access through the Web browser such as Hotmail or Yahoo. You will be able to receive eBlaster Activity Reports and forwarded email anywhere that you can receive email.

Not Receiving Reports

If your email software uses junk, spam, or bulk mail filters, make sure that forwarded email and Activity Reports have not been mistakenly put in those folders. These filters are popular with Hotmail, AOL, and Yahoo, and there is also spam filtering software that performs the same function. These spam, junk, and bulk mail filters may cause you to think that you are not receiving all of the Activity Reports and forwarded email.

Notes

  • If your email software is unable to display HTML formatted email, you will be unable to read the eBlaster Activity Reports until you change the Report Format within eBlaster to be “Text."

  • It may be useful to obtain another email address for receiving a high volume of forwarded email and Activity Reports, other than the email address you use daily. This may be an anonymous Web mail account like Hotmail or Yahoo, which you can check periodically. Remember to insure that you have plenty of storage space and do not exceed the quota of the email account as your eBlaster installation will be disabled if eBlaster is unable to deliver forwarded emails and Activity Reports after a period of a few days.
