While the vast majority of Activity Reports are delivered successfully, there are some occasions where they will not be delivered to your Inbox — even though they are communicated correctly.
The eBlaster Report Delivery setting is Off. The setting must be On in order to send Activity Reports.
The communications server received the report, but was unable to deliver it to your ISP’s email server. This typically occurs because:
Your email address is incorrect.
Your mailbox is full.
Your mailbox has been disconnected.
Your ISP’s email server is experiencing difficulties.
The communications server received the reports, but your ISP’s email server has blocked the receipt of email from SpectorSoft’s communications server. Though rare, some email servers are using “blacklists” that can mistakenly block email from thousands of sources without your knowledge. This is an unfortunate result of the Internet spam problem.

Note We recommend that you ask your ISP about these “blacklists” and encourage them to use other spam blocking methods so your legitimate email is not lost. |
The communications server received the report and was able to successfully deliver the report to your ISP’s email server, but the email server did not deliver the report to your Inbox because it mistakenly determined the Activity Report is spam or bulk email. If this happens, in your email software:
Check your bulk mail or spam folder for the reports.
Make sure your spam blocking options specifically allow eBlaster reports to be delivered.
The other option is to change the email address you use to receive eBlaster reports.
The Activity Report was delivered to your Inbox, but you have specialized software installed on your computer to filter potential spam or bulk mail. In this event:
Check any bulk mail or spam email folders for the reports and modify your spam software to allow eBlaster reports to be delivered successfully.
The Activity Report was delivered to your Inbox, but upon review, the contents are garbled and unreadable. It is possible you have an email system that is unable to correctly display the HTML-formatted Activity Report.
