Change Sent Activity Report Archive Settings

Once eBlaster successfully transmits a Sent Activity Report to the email communications server, it is considered “delivered” and a copy of the report is saved within the “Sent Activity Reports” Archive folder of your eBlaster program. By default, eBlaster automatically keeps alerts reports for 10 days. You can view, delete or change how long the reports are archived.

To change sent Activity report archive settings:

  1. Open the eBlaster Control Panel.

  2. From the Top Toolbar, click Options and then from the Left Toolbar, click Sent Reports.  Show Me
    The Sent Reports window, with a list of reports that have been sent, is displayed.

  3. Click Settings.
    The Archive Settings dialog box is displayed.

  4. To archive reports, select or clear the Archive Data check box.

  5. In the Number of days to keep archived data dialog box, type or select a number between 0-999 days to keep the reports. The default is 10 days.

  6. Click OK to save settings.

  7. Click Save to save changes.

    or

    Click Cancel if you do not want to save your changes.
    The Control Panel closes.

Note If you select 0 days, no reports will be archived.
