Manage Computers
The Client Properties box provides a Setup Info panel that displays the status of the Client installation and license assigned to this computer.

To view the setup information:
In the Manage Computers view, right-click an individual computer and select Properties. Click the Setup Info tab.
Computer Name - Name of the computer.
Recorder Installed
V6.2(2271) - Version of the Client
recorder installed in the format Vx.x(nnnn), where x.x is the product
version and nnnn is the build number.
Pending
- Installation of the Client has been scheduled for this computer.
No - The Client has not been
installed on this computer.
UI Installed - Yes if a Client Viewer is installed, otherwise No.
WM Rev Level - The Webmail Revision level that identifies the Client signature file. This shows how up-to-date the Client is and may explain why certain Webmail communication is or is not successfully recorded.
0
- The Client installation is pending.
No - The Client has not been installed.
Status of the license assigned to the computer appears in the lower portion of Setup Info:
Serial Number - Your SpectorSoft product Serial Number.
License
State
Active - The
license has been assigned and the Client is installed.
Reserved - The install is pending,
or the license has been reserved.
None - The Client is not installed
or the computer is not detected.
Last Refresh Time - Date and time the Client Settings were updated on this computer.
OK - Click to save any changes (to the Computer panel) and close the Properties box.
Cancel - Click to close the box.
Apply - Click to apply changes without closing the box.
