Server
A License Server Log File is available from the Primary Server Administration window. This log file is useful to SpectorSoft Technical Support when they help you solve licensing and validation issues.

To access the Primary Server log file:
Double-click the Primary Server icon in the Windows notification area to open the Administration window.
Click the View Log File button. The log opens in Notepad (or your default text editor). The log file resides in a Windows System folder and provides a date/time stamp of when the service stops/starts, licensing, and other Primary Server activities.
If you need to send the Log File to SpectorSoft Technical Support, use the Notepad's File > Save As function to save the file to easier to access location.
Attach the file to an email to Technical Support.
