The Client

The Client records all typed keystrokes, including hidden and non-displayable keystrokes (Shift, Alt, or Ctrl) and character information.

Keystrokes Typed allows you to find out:

Actual passwords typed - whether someone has discovered and is using a password inappropriately
Where the user has typed "hidden" Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V entries
What is typed in a program, even if you do not have access to the program
What a user has typed, even if the email, message, or document was subsequently changed or deleted

Keystroke recording provides a double capture of your email, program, and Chat/IM activity. For each program window, the Client records:

All keystrokes typed in the window
Total count of keystrokes typed
Date and time the keystrokes are recorded
Start time when keystrokes were first typed in the window
End time when keystrokes stopped: there may be multiple start and stop times within the window if there were typing delays of more than five minutes
Name displayed in the Window's Title bar.
Program used and User logged in

Text entered from a tablet (written with a stylus) will NOT be captured as keystrokes. However, you will have record of the document, email, or online searching activity.
