
Configure Computers
Set up a blocking schedule from Block Internet Access > Blocking Schedule in the Deployment Utility or Client Settings. When blocking is on, by default the Client applies your Internet blocking settings all of the time. To set a specific Internet blocking schedule, select the first option in this box and set the schedule. The blocking schedule affects selections on the Block Internet Access panel. It does not apply to Block Web Sites, which are blocked all the time.

Changes to the blocking schedule are applied AFTER the Client Settings are initialized on the computer and, if the user is online, AFTER the user closes and reopens Internet applications (browsers, email, etc.). |
Your settings show blocked times in red and unblocked times in green.

Only block during the following times - Check this option to limit Internet blocking to periods of a day and days of the week. Clear this option to use Internet Blocking all the time (and disable scheduling).
Add
- Click the Add button after enabling
the above option to display the Block Period box. Select a Day and Time
to Start Blocking and a Day and Time to Stop Blocking. Click OK
to add the period to the schedule.

Delete - Select a blocking period and click Delete to remove a time period from the Internet Blocking schedule.
