Configure Computers
The Client captures all keystrokes typed in all programs. You can turn off keystroke logging, turn on capture non-western characters, and turn on masking of password keystrokes using the Keystrokes panel in the Deployment Utility or in Client Settings.
To enable Keystrokes Typed recording:

Keystroke Activity
Check this option to enable recording of all keystrokes. Clear the
checkbox to omit keystroke recording.
Capture
Characters
Check to capture characters from languages that require more than one
keystroke, such as Japanese, Chinese, or Russian. When this option is
selected, the keystrokes can be displayed in the proper, readable character
format. See Keystrokes vs Characters.
Clear this checkbox if you will not need to record special characters.
Do
Not Capture Passwords
Check to "mask" password entry with asterisks (*) so they
do not show up in Keystrokes Typed reports. Clear to see all password
keystrokes.
