Spector 360 records each email sent, received, viewed, and opened and unopened email file attachments. Use Email Event Criteria to focus the Dashboard view on compliance to company policy or potentially abusive content. The current criteria selections are listed under Criteria Settings at the bottom of the Event Criteria panel.
Choosing a "keyword" criteria allows you to find email events that contain particular words or phrases. You can focus on the people involved, the contents of email, or how the mail arrived (e.g., via AOL or Hotmail).
To search for keywords:
Type the keywords you want to match (for example, "budget") and then select one or more of the following fields in which to search. Checked fields will be searched, and unchecked fields will not be searched. In the illustration below, only names of attachments, the subject line, and the contents of email will be searched. For more about keyword matching, click here.
Include partial matches: Check to search for a partial match; for example, the word "budget" would partially match "budget2006" and "budgeting" in any of the following data fields.
Sender: Find a match in the name or email address of the person sending the email.
Recipient: Find a match in the name or email address of the person receiving the email.
Attachments: Find a match in the filename of any email attachments.
CC/BCC: Match any names or addresses in the carbon copy or blind copy fields.
Subject: Match words in the subject line of the email.
Email Contents: Match words in the body of the email.
Web Mail Host: Match words in the name of the email's web host.

See Viewing by Program.
Focus on email events occurring on specific domains.
