The Dashboard
Spector 360 provides the Dashboard for viewing Client recordings. The Dashboard application provides a number of views of the Client Recordings. The Dashboard allows you to set criteria, search, create charts and reports from the Client recordings. See the Spector 360 Dashboard Guide to learn how to use the Dashboard.
To monitor users from the Dashboard:
Open the Dashboard application. Select Start > All Programs > Spector 360 > Spector 360 Dashboard.
Select the Spector 360 database instance and log in. Each Dashboard user must have a login account (defined using the Dashboard Management tool).
Select the various Dashboard tools for views of data. Help is available by clicking the ? button on windows within the Dashboard.
To monitor users from a Client viewer:
You must have a Viewer installed on the local Client. We recommend installing a Viewer ONLY for troubleshooting purposes, because security of the recordings can be comprised by an installed Viewer.
Enter the hotkey combination (defined in the Deployment Utility) to open the Viewer.
Enter the Viewer password (defined in the Deployment Utility).
Select Viewer options from the tabs on the top of the screen. Help is available from the Viewer itself.
