You can add domains to a Custom Category on the fly, as soon as they come to your attention in Quick View charts or in Data or User Explorer forms. This is an easy way to catch inappropriate sites that make it through filters using the provided System Categories. You should have several Custom Categories ready just to catch these domains (for example, "More Adult Sites," "Additional Games," "Other Download Sites," etc.).
To add a domain to a Web Filtering Category:
Right-click on the graphical element (bar, slice, point) or event record that represents the domain you wish to block. The element you click on must have an associated domain, such as a bar from "Web Sites Visited Most Frequently." In a Web Events Window, make sure the Domain column is displayed. Click the Show Columns buttons and select "Show Domain Column" so that it has a checkmark next to it.
Select Add
to Web Filtering Category. The Select Web Filtering Category box
opens.

Select a Category to which to add this
domain. See Custom Categories for
instructions on defining your own categories. Click OK.

A message asks you to confirm adding
the domain(s) to the category. Click OK.

The domain is added to the Custom Category and becomes part of any
Website Filtering rule the category is used in. See Adding/Editing
a Filtering Rule.
