The Dashboard provides options for controlling how data is handled. To access the Options dialog box, open the Tools menu at the top of the Dashboard window and select Options.
Bypass Criteria Dialog Box: Check this option to bypass displaying the Criteria box when opening Reports, Data Explorer forms. and User Explorer forms. Either the existing criteria selections or the Global criteria selections will be used to display the data. You can always right-click on a report or form and select Criteria to call up different data. Clear this option to display the Criteria box.
Database Query Time Out: By default, a database query will time out after 300 seconds have elapsed. The query times out if the database is not found or if the data is extensive, many Dashboard users are logged on, and the query could not be completed in the given time. Raise the time-out period if the network may be slow or if many users query the database at the same time. Use the up arrow to increase the time and the down arrow to decrease the time, in seconds.

Report Logo: This option is checked
by default and displays the Spector 360 logo on all report headers and
"SpectorSoft Corporation" on report footers. Clear this option
to remove the SpectorSoft branding from the report.
Use Codepage Conversions: Check this option to convert all characters displayed in the Dashboard to the local codepage. This is useful for viewing activity in non-western European languages.
Click OK to save your changes and close the dialog box.
