Space Management provides a Delete button at the bottom of right pane that allows you to delete event transactions for a user and/or a computer. For example, if someone no longer works at the organization, you can clear his or her data. The user will no longer appear in Dashboard reports; however, if new recording detects the same user name, new transactions will be added to the database under the same user name.
In the Dashboard Management tool, select Space Management.
Click Delete at the bottom of the right pane. A message informs you that you will be permanently deleting data from the database.
Click Yes to continue.
The Delete Event Data box appears. All
event types are selected. Use this box to set the criteria for deleting
from the database: select a date, user(s), computer(s), and the types
of events to delete. See below.

Click Delete at the bottom of the box.
A message asks you to confirm deleting the transactions. Click Yes.
Wait as events are deleted, and then click Close.
Users and Computers will remain in the Users / Computers Management, but without available data will no longer appear in charts, reports, and forms.
