The Summary pane, in the upper right of the Events or User Events window, provides a useful overview of aggregated data with total counts. The Summary lists items within the data group currently selected in the Navigate pane.
To display a Summary:
Click on any data group branch in the Navigate pane to list
its contents in the Summary pane.

The Summary pane always shows:
Name: A label for the data group (a date, program, host, etc.)
Events: The total number of events that occurred within that group (click Load Events to view the individual events).
Other fields in the Summary pane consolidate data from the activity recordings, such as page visits, focus time, total connect time, total number of email messages sent for the day, and so on.
Total counts: All counts shown in the Summary pane are totalled at the bottom of the pane, providing a total for "Names," "Events," and the other Summary items. The example below shows a summary of Web event at one domain.

Note: If the lowest branch of the Navigate pane is selected, no data appears in the Summary pane.
To use the Summary toolbar:
Click a button at the top of the pane:
Up: Move the Summary display up a level in the data grouping (e.g., from date up to user).
Load Events: View all records for the current selected data group in the Events grid.
Print: Preview and print data in the Summary pane as a formatted table.
Export: Export Summary data to Microsoft Excel, HTML, Text, or XML format.
Show Columns: Check (show) and uncheck (hide) data columns in the Summary pane.
