When you drill in to an activity or user detail

The File menu provides Export, Print, Report, and Exit options.
Export
Events Emails/Messages/Keystrokes - Export the currently displayed text of Email, Chat/IM, or Keystroke activity.
Events - Export the detailed data displayed in the Events grid.
Summary - Export the Summary data displayed in the Summary pane.
Aggregates - Export totals from all data currently loaded in the window, using the Navigate pane data grouping.

The Export command opens an Export window where you can select the file type you want. An Export button provided on the Summary pane and Events grid opens the same Export window. See Exporting Data & Charts for more about export choices.
Events Emails/Messages/Keystrokes - Print the currently displayed text of Email, Chat/IM, or Keystroke activity.
Events - Print the detailed data displayed in the Events grid.
Summary - Print the Summary data displayed in the Summary pane.
Aggregates - Print totals from all data currently loaded in the window, using the Navigate pane data grouping.
The Print command opens the Preview window where you can adjust the appearance and select a printer before printing. A Print button provided on the Summary pane and Events grid opens the same Preview window. See Printing.
Report
Create Report - Sends the report to folder you choose in the Reports tool. Use this option to store reports you create from the Events window.
Preview Report - Opens the report immediately in a Preview window. Use this option to view the report and then export or print it from the Preview window.
Exit
(Alt+F4) Closes the Events window (the Spector 360 Dashboard window remains open).
The Edit menu provides copy/paste functions.
Select All
Available when you click in the Events or Contents (Email, Chat/IM, Keystrokes) pane. Selects all event records or all contents. You can Select email event records, for example, and then Copy and Paste them to a spreadsheet program.
Copy
(Ctrl+C) Available when you click in the Events or Contents (Email, Chat/IM, Keystrokes) pane. Copies the selected event record(s) or text to the Windows Clipboard. You can then Paste (Ctrl+V) the selection in another application.

This menu controls your view of the Events Window. See Customizing the Events Window.
Show/Hide Panes
Check panes to show them. Clear checks to hide the panes.
Navigation Pane shows or hides the upper left Navigate pane in an Events Window.
Summary Pane shows or hides the upper right Summary pane in an Events Window.
Events Pane shows or hides the grid of recorded Events in an Events window.
Chat/Email/Keystrokes Content shows or hides the bottom pane where content of a recorded event is displayed.
Autoload events
Autoload Events when selected automatically loads data from the selection in the Navigate or Summary pane into the Events pane. When deselected, you must click the Load Events button to load the data.
Show/Hide data columns
Check columns to show them. Clear checkmarks to hide them.
Summary Columns displays a submenu listing each column for the Summary pane for the current activity type.
Event Columns displays a submenu listing each column of data for the Events grid, for the current activity type. See Understanding Recorded Events for descriptions of columns for each type of event.
Go To
Back - Return to the last event group selected in Navigate.
Forward - Display the next event group selected if Back was used.
Website in Browser - Available when a web event is selected. Opens a web browser to the URL for a selected Web Event recording.
Event Snapshot - Available when you select a record from the Events grid. Go to Screen Snapshots taken at the time period of the currently selected event.
Refresh
Refreshes the window with the latest data available.

The Data menu lets you adjust the data on display.
Data allows you to adjust the:
Criteria opens the Criteria Selection window for the Activity (also on the Toolbar)
Grouping opens the Events Data Group window allow you to change the hierarchy of and order data elements in the Events window. See Event Data Grouping.
The Window menu lets you switch from the Events window back to the main, Spector 360 Dashboard window. The Windows menu lists all open windows. Select a window to bring it forward and into focus.
