The Events grid shows each recorded event that has been loaded for a selected Navigate or Summary item. The Events grid provides all types of data captured in the recording. See "Understanding Recorded Events" in this guide to learn what information is included for each activity type. Be sure to select a Navigate or Summary item and click Load Events to display data in the Events grid.
Chat/IM, email, and keystroke event recordings include the content viewed or entered by the user.
The Summary pane summarizes the event data for the item selected in the Navigate pane. For example, you can see the total number of keystrokes from each user.
Export Aggregates saves all data currently represented by the Navigate tree. Events are shown either in a flat grid or in a hierarchy that mirrors the data grouping hierarchy. Select a "Grouped" aggregate export when you select the export file type.

For example, exporting Program Activity to Microsoft Excel (*.xls) format produces the following data grid in Excel format.

Exporting the same activity to Microsoft Excel (*.xls) - Grouped produces the following hierarchical data grid in Excel format.
