Computer Groups make it easier to select computer hardware as criteria. Initially, this list is empty. You must define the groups for your organization. You can "group" computers being used in a department, an area of your building, or on specific domains.

For example, a customer support manager could track email and chat activity for "Level 1" and "Level 2" groups of computers in his department. A software manager could use track usage and productivity on all computers in the DEVELOPMENT domain.
