Using the View Menu

The Dashboard provides options for viewing keystroke information captured by Spector 360.  Viewing options are available from the Keystroke toolbar and from the View menu. These options apply to the lower Content pane of a Keystroke Events window, accessed from the Data Explorer, User Explorer or by clicking on a Quick View keystrokes chart.

Using the Keystroke Toolbar

A toolbar at the bottom of the Keystroke Events window allows you to set and control your view of keystroke contents.

Play buttons above the Contents pane let you browse through the Keystroke records:

Jump to the first record Events list

Go back a page in the Events list of recordings

Step back one record

Step forward one record

Go forward a page in the Events list of recordings

Jump to the last record in the Events list

To display formatted keystrokes:

Click the button for a view of the Keystrokes (or Characters) formatted as the user intended them, showing displayable keys, upper/lowercase, and without text erased by <Backspace> or <Delete>.
