The
Spector 360 Control Center allows you to define keywords that set off
alerts. Whenever a Client Recorder encounters one of these keywords
The person receiving the email finds out about the keyword usage right away. In addition, you can use the Dashboard to track all keyword alerts sent from a particular user's computer.
Find Keyword Alerts by searching for the keyword or for matching characters in the URL or text where the keyword was discovered.
To search for keywords:
Type the keyword(s) you want to match, and then select one of the following fields in which to search. For more about keyword matching, click here.
Include partial matches: Check to look for a partial match; for example, the search word "sex" would match "sexuality" or "Essex" in any of the following data fields.
Keyword: Search for specific keywords that set off alerts.
URL or Text: In the events where keyword alerts went off, search for particular words, phrases, or characters in the URL of web sites being viewed or text that was typed.
Focus in on keyword alerts occurring in specific programs, such as Outlook or Word.
Select from:
All Programs: No filtering; returns keyword alerts from all programs
Include Specific Program(s): Select the programs to include in the search. Opens the Program Selection window. Select one or more programs from the Available Programs list, click > to move them to the Selected Programs list, then click OK.
Include Specific Program Group(s): Select program groups to include in the search. Opens the Program Group Selection window. If no groups have been defined, the Available Program Groups list is empty.
Exclude Specific Program(s): Select the programs to exclude in the search.
Exclude Specific Program Group(s): Select program groups to exclude in the search.
Look for keyword alerts in a particular type of recording; for example, you could view all keyword alerts set off by Chat sessions on a particular day.
Select from:
<All>: No filtering; retrieves keyword alerts from all recorded activities.
CHAT: Retrieves keyword alerts found in Chat or Instant Messaging conversations.
EMAIL: Retrieves keyword alerts found in email being sent or received.
HTML: Retrieves keyword alerts found in HTML of a web page that was viewed.
KEYSTROKES: Retrieves keyword alerts found in any user's typing.
URL: Retrieves keyword alerts found in the URL of a web page.
