The Spector 360 Control Center allows you to define keywords that set off alerts. Whenever a Client Recorder encounters one of these keywords—whether the user types it in a web search, accesses a web site or receives an email with the word in it, or types the word in a document— the Client will send immediate notification to a specified email address.

The person receiving the email finds out about the keyword usage right away. In addition, you can use the Dashboard to track all keyword alerts sent from a particular user's computer.
