The Dashboard lets you print Quick View charts and grids, reports, and data from an Events window. In the Events window, you can choose to print the Contents of a chat or IM session, an email, or keystrokes (bottom pane), the grid of Details (middle or bottom pane), and the Summary of events (upper right pane).

To print Event contents:
In a Chat/IM, Email, or Keystrokes Events window, select an Event Details row to see event contents.
Select Print above the Details grid (or from the File menu) and select the activity contents (Print Emails) from the menu. A standard Windows Print dialog box appears, allowing you to change the printer, set properties, select a print range or additional copies. Click OK to print.
Details present the data collected for each event field.
To print Event Details:
In any Events window, display the Details grid by clicking the View Details for button.
Select Print above the Details grid (or from the File menu), then select Details from the menu. A Preview window displays the grid as it will be printed.
On the Preview window, click:
to print directly
to the printer or
to display a
Windows Print dialog box before printing.
An Events Summary presents overview information for the currently selected Event Group, enumerating the events recorded, number of times a program was used, number of incoming emails, and so on.
To print the Summary:
In any Events window, select an Event Group to display its Summary list in the upper right pane.
Select Print above the Summary pane (or from the File menu), then select Summary from the menu. A Preview window displays the grid as it will be printed.
On
the Preview window, click:
to print directly
to the printer or
to display a
Windows Print dialog box before printing.
You can print aggregate totals for all data currently shown in the Events Window.
To print aggregates:
In the Navigate pane, click the >> button.
Select Print Aggregates from the drop-down menu.
