Spector 360 records every computer-based conversation that occurs on your network, whether the user is in a chat room or using instant messaging (IM). For each event, Spector 360 records the name of all parties involved and saves a complete copy of the conversation. Viewed from the Dashboard, the Chat/IM Events provide an information trail of communication among employees and clients. Not only does this reveal inappropriate behavior, but it allows you to archive and reconstruct communication events that may be vital to your organization.
