Using Report Folders

Note: Many reports echo the charts in Quick View. Changes you make to Reports, however, are not carried over to Quick View and vice versa.

When Reports is selected, 14 predefined Report Folders are displayed in the left navigation pane, containing more than 50 predefined reports total. Select a folder to display a set of predefined reports in the right pane, and double-click a report in the right pane to open it.

Reports show Quick View "Top" and "Bottom" charts, trends over time, tables of aggregated data, or grids of detailed data.

Favorites - Productivity

The "Favorites - Productivity" folder provides an example of how you can organize reports that show where employees are being productive and how resources in are being used.  Modify these charts using your own Criteria. For example, limit applications to those that indicate productivity at your organization to see who your performers are.

Favorites - Security

The "Favorites - Security" folder shows examples of security issues: when and where files are being downloaded or copied to media, or who's on Web mail most frequently. In this case, you might want to focus the Dashboard reports on specific, confidential files or areas of the network that contain high security data.
