The User Activity / Inactivity panel of Quick View displays User Time Sheets and Daily Time Sheets for users active on the network. Unlike other charts, you do not click the bars to view more details. Like other charts, however, buttons below the chart allow you to set Criteria, change Settings, go to the Events window, and preview a Report of the data.
The predefined User Time Sheet shows activity, one user at a time. All activity for a day is represented on each row. Expand the Dashboard window, if necessary, so that you can see the scroll bar on the far right of the User Time Sheet and scroll to all dates within the time period.
A key appears below each User Activity chart. Green indicates
time the user is logged on and actively typing, scrolling, or clicking.
Blue indicates time the user is logged in but inactive
To switch to another user:
Click back arrow or forward arrow on either side of the user's name to cycle to the previous or next user and view his or her User Time Sheet.
Click the user link at the top of the chart to display a User Selection window where you can choose any user.

The Daily Time Sheet behaves the same as the User Time Sheet, except it shows activity for all users (within the criteria selection), one day at a time. Use the scroll bar at the far right of the chart to view all users active on this date.
To switch to another date:
Click the arrow on either side of the date at the top of the chart to cycle to the previous or next day.
Click the date link at the top of
the chart to display a Date Selection window. Dates are limited to the
current criteria selection. Click on the date you want and press OK.

The User Activity / Inactivity Data tab displays the information about user activity used to make the chart. It includes the exact time when inactivity began and ended, and the exact time when recording was interrupted or the clock changed.
To view data in a grid:
Click the Data tab below the chart. To print or export this same data, click the Events button below the chart and use the print and export features on the Events window. For a description of each field, see Recorded User Activity Events.

Criteria - Click to use the General Criteria panel to change the date, the computers, and the users shown in the chart.
Settings - Click to change from a Quick View to an Aggregate, Detail, or Summary report, and to select chart contents. See Setting Chart Content.
Events - Click to display User Activity in an Events Window that organizes data by Users for a User Time Sheet, or by Days for a Daily Time Sheet.
Reports - Click to display the current User Activity Time Sheet in the Report Preview window. You can print, export, or email this report. Note that in Reports, the user/computer field has a fixed length and will be cut off if too long.

Next to the chart key, a Zoom function lets you zoom in and out of the chart: from 100% to 1500%. The 100% Zoom setting may show as much as a day across the screen. The 1500% Zoom setting may show only a half an hour on screen.
Click the symbol to the left of 100% to zoom in.
Click the
symbol to the right of the zoom level (when
it is more than 100%) to zoom out.
