
If Spector 360 is set to record and store email file attachments (in encrypted format or not), you can view the attachments from the Dashboard.
To view email attachments:
Open an Email Events window. Click on an Email chart element in Quick View, select an Email data form in Data Explorer, or select a user from User Explorer and choose the Email Activity tab.
Load all records for a user or date in the Events grid by clicking the Load Events button on the Navigate or Summary pane.
In the Events grid, look for an email
record that show one or more attachments (>0) in the Attachments column.

Click the record's Attachments column.
A window appears listing each attachment file name, file size, and path
to the attachments folder where
the file is stored in the Spector 360 Data Vault.

Double-click a file in the Email Attachment window to open it. An application capable of opening the file must be installed on your computer. Once in the application, you can save or print the file.
Close the application to return to the Dashboard.
