Jobs Management logs run dates and status for a job each time it is run in the Job History. See Types of Jobs below for a description of each job in the Jobs Management list.
To view the job history:
Double-click on the job in the right pane, or
Select the job and click View Job History on the Management toolbar, or
Right-click on the job and select View Job History.
View Job History is available on the toolbar and from the right-click menu.
The Database Job History window lists all jobs of a type that have been run and whether or not the job was run successfully.
Run Date: Date and time the job was executed
Duration: How long the job took to complete
Status: The job Succeeded or Failed
Status Message: If the job failed, a message indicates what might have happened
Use the play buttons at the bottom of the window to navigate through job records:
Click Close to close the window.
