Alert Operators are the people who receive email notification when Spector 360 detects keywords. An operator must be enabled, and must be included in the Alert Profile, before he or she receives alert notification by email.

Select the Management tool, open the Alert Profiles folder and select Alert Operators in the left navigation pane. Any operators that have been defined are listed in the right pane. Re-sort the Alert Operators list by clicking on any column heading. Click Refresh on the toolbar to update the list with the latest information.
Name - A name that identifies the operator.
Email - The email address where alerts are sent.
Description - A description of this operator.
Enabled - Yes means the operator is enabled for receiving alert notification; No means the operator is disabled and will not received alert notification messages until enabled.
You must be logged in to the Dashboard as a Master Login to perform the following tasks:
Create a new operator:
You can define the Alert Operators from Alert Operators Management
or while creating an Alert Profile. From Alert
Operators Management, click New on the toolbar
or right-click in the right pane and select New.

Edit a defined
Alert Operator:
Right-click on the listed operator and select Edit.
Use the Edit Recipient box to change the name, description, email address
and whether or not the operator is "enabled" to receive alerts.

Disable an Alert
Operator:
Double-click on the Alert Operator to open the edit
box. Clear the Enabled checkbox. Click OK. The Enabled column for this operator now shows "No."
