Master Dashboard Logins
Any Dashboard login with access to the Management tool can view the contents of Management folders, but only a Master Login can MANAGE lists and groups of users and other resources, or set up centralized Spector 360 policies.

Resource management in the Spector 360 Dashboard affects only display of information within the Dashboard application. To manage actual computers, Spector 360 Recorders and recording settings, use the Spector 360 Control Center. |

You cannot add, delete, rename, or "share," folders in the left Management navigation pane. |
Management Folders include:
Dashboard Logins
Use to add new Dashboard login accounts, change passwords, and set
permissions for Dashboard users. Initially, this folder includes only
the System Administrator (sa) account and the SQL Server service account.
A Master Login can add accounts
and set permissions for other users to log in to the Dashboard and access

Computers
Use view available computers and give them recognizable descriptions.
This folder lists all computers currently detected by Spector 360, by
description, name and domain. The Master
Login can add and delete computers from the database, and edit
descriptions to simplify Dashboard criteria selection. More...
Users
Use to view available users and give them "friendly" names.
This folder lists all users detected by Spector 360, by domain, login
type (network or local), serial number and date of last activity. The
Master Login can add and delete
users from the database, and edit display names to simplify Dashboard

Programs
Use to view available programs and give them recognizable names. This
folder contains all programs on the network known to Spector 360. The
Master Login can edit display

Domains
Use to add domains that you expect to see in user activity recordings.
This folder contains all domains
detected by Spector 360 recording. You can add known domains that haven't
yet been detected. More...
Computer Groups
Use to organize computers into groups (by location, by department,
etc.). Initially empty, this folder lists groups defined by the Master
Login to allow criteria selection by computer group. More...
User Groups
Use to organize users into groups (by department, by job level, etc.).
Initially empty, this folder lists groups defined by the Master Login
to allow group criteria selection and to simplify assignment of Dashboard
login account permissions. More...
Program Groups
Use to organize programs into groups (administration, technical, communication,
graphics, blacklisted, etc.). Initially empty, this folder lists groups
defined by the Master Login to allow criteria selection by program group.

Use to organize domains into groups (competitors, customers, entertainment,
blacklisted sites, etc.). Initially empty, this folder lists groups defined
by the Master Login to allow criteria selection by domain group. More...
Schedule Reports
Select any report from the Reports folders to be automatically
produced and distributed on a regular basis. Initially empty, this folder
lists all scheduled report tasks and allows the Master
Login to schedule new tasks. More...
Alert Events
Provides a set of tools for setting up conditions to capture
an "Alert Event" anywhere on the network. When an alert is detected,
an "alert operator" can be notified. Select Alert
Profiles to view the profiles that watch for activity.

Online Search Rules
Lists domain-specific search tags used by Spector 360 to collect and
record Online Search events. The Master
Login can add new domains and tags, or change the existing tags,
to ensure capture of search phrases. More...
Web Filtering
Provides a set of tools for a network-wide filtering policy that blocks
and/or allows access to web sites. The filtering rules are applied in
order of priority and enforced at all recorded computers on the network
