SpectorSoft maintains an on-line Knowledge Data base for Spector CNE. The Knowledge Base will provide you with the latest information regarding the operation of Spector CNE including important announcements, hot topics, troubleshooting, software compatibility, and known bugs/fixes.

 

Your Spector CNE serial number is required in order to access the Knowledge Base.

 

  1. Connect to the Internet

  2. Access the Knowledge Base Web page by clicking http://www.spectorsoft.com/support/knowledgebase.asp?theproduct=6

  3. In the white text box on the page, enter your Spector CNE Serial Number

Note: The serial number can be found within the software on the Help> About menu from your original email purchase receipt, or on the back of CD holder (if CD was purchased). If you have misplaced your product serial number you must contact SpectorSoft and provide us with your purchase information

 

Once you have accessed the Knowledge Base, navigate to the information you are seeking via the topic folders on the left of the page or use the Search features found on the right side of the page
