When you are reviewing Snapshots in the Snapshot mode, the following buttons are available to you:
Full Screen By pressing this button, you can view the recordings in full-screen mode. For more information on full-screen mode, click here
Tag/UnTag "Tag" means you have marked a number of snapshots that you wish to save. "UnTag" means to remove the mark on those snapshots you do not wish to save
Save Tagged This button allows you to save selected snapshots to your hard drive
Delete Tagged This button allows you to delete selected snapshots
First This button will take you to the first snapshot currently recorded by the Client, similar to rewinding a video tape to the beginning
Back This button will take you to the previous snapshot
Play This button will play all recorded snapshots in sequential order
Slower This button appears only when the Play button has been clicked on. The display rate of the snapshots can be slowed by clicking on the Slower button
Faster This button appears only when the Play button has been clicked on. The display rate of the snapshots can be increased by clicking on the Faster button
Stop This button will appear when you are playing the snapshots. Click this button to stop the playback at the current snapshot
Next This button will take you one snapshot forward
Last This button will take you to the last snapshot in the snapshot list
The Event Bar This is the bar located between the buttons above and the Time Line slider, has the labels Internet and Keywords listed within it:
Inside the box marked Internet, will be all the URLs that the user has visited. To see all these sites, simply click inside this box and a drop-down box will appear listing all the sites. To jump to the snapshot taken closest to when the site was visited, simply click on the desired entry and the Client will automatically take you to that snapshot
Inside the box marked Keywords, will be all the keywords that have been recorded by the Client. To see all the keywords, click inside this box and a drop-down box will appear. To jump to the snapshot taken closest to when the keyword was detected, simply click on the desired entry and the Client will automatically take you to that snapshot.
Time Line Slider This bar is pictured below the Event Bar. The caret indicates where the current snapshot is in relation to the others, i.e. snapshot 37 of 109. You can slide this caret to any location you desire and then view the snapshot at the caret's new location
Settings Clicking on this button lets you determine how you want data to be recorded and reviewed. Click this button and you will be presented with a list of optional settings
Help Clicking on this button will provide you with helpful advice for troubleshooting or information on a particular topic. You will be shown a table of contents, from which you can click on a topic of interest and you will receive detailed instructions that should help you considerably
