Manage/Configure Computers

A Properties box is available from both the Manage and Configure Computers views. From the Properties, you can view the computer's name and operating system, status of the Client and Client license, the last time the Client settings were refreshed, and the Webmail Revision level currently installed.

To open the client properties:

1. Select Manage Computers or Configure Computers.

2. Right-click on an individual computer and select Properties.
   

3. The computer's Properties box opens. If the computer can be detected by the Control Center, the form under the Computer tab is completely filled in. If the computer cannot be detected, "Not Detected" appears next to the Operating System.

To manually define a computer:

1. Select Computer Properties from the Manage Computers view.

2. Under the Computer tab, clear the "Computer integrated with System Software" option. Edit buttons appear next to the computer information and a Computer OS Names box prompts you to select the computer's Operating System.
   

3. Select the Operating System and click OK.
